Lobster tail: 1(90 Cal/100 g)

Lobsters are a rich source of magnesium, which have low energy density and are beneficial to your cardiovascular system.

Cucumbers(16 Cal/100 g)

Cucumbers have very low energy density and high water content.

 

Sauce

Olive oil: 2ml

 

Directions

  1. Pan-fry lobster tails with 2 ml of olive oil for 2 mins
  2. Pour 100 ml of water in and boil until the sauce dries out.
  3. Mix the seafood flavoured sachets with 200 ml of water and let it boil. Add NoodleZero and transfer onto a plate.
  4. Add cucumbers, kumquats and lobster tails onto the plate and it’s done!
