“able to stay healthy with minimal effort”
My name is Sherry and I work in the city. I am 162cm tall and 61.5kg and yes, always been a little chubby. I just never manage to lose any weight!!!!!! Particularly in Sydney where you have range of meals and snacks from all culture !! Donuts, bubble tea, Asian style sour and spicy vermicelli, pizza, steak and I feel like brunch was calling me when I am in bed on weekend.
Tried diet plan and I ate only apple and cucumbers, no starch, zero carbs, and low calorie meal. I had ‘successfully’ reduced my weight to 58kg after 20 days. I had made a terrible mistake by rewarding myself with pizza then I lost it all! Back to my old weight after a month then I started with diet pills. Diet pills reduced my weight pretty quickly but I started having panic attack and dizziness. I stopped immediately. I realise I put on weight a lot easier at this stage.
NoodleZero was introduced by my co-worker. I saw all her posing on Instagram and it looks reasonably delicious. I gave it a go even I didn’t quite believe I could lose weight again. Having NoodleZero’s low calorie meal as regular dinner, I find my pants started to loosen up a little, then I hopped on weighing machine immediately and I HAVE LOST 3 KG! After talking to customer representative they have confirmed it’s most effective to have NoodleZero as dinner replacement. Then I start following youtube simple exercise. I had lost 7 kg after 2 months!!
Now I reduced my NoodleZero to about 1-3 times a week I have decided to sign up a gym to put on muscles.
I have a designated NoodleZero wardrobe to ensure I have stocked up !!! I just genuinely hope others would be inspired after I shared my experience You don’t have to take Noodlezero but please! Please do not take diet pills as you would be very likely to be disappointed!!!
